audit&compliance was founded in the end of 2023 and managed to get recognition among financial institutions. Services are provided by certified internal auditors (CIA) by International Institute of Internal auditors (IIA). Before founding the Company, we gained audit/control/compliance experience in variety of financial institutions such as banks (DNB (Lminor), Danskebank), investment bank (Finasta), insurance companies (Seesam), asset management company (Finasta), broker company (Finasta), public sector (National audit office, Lietuvos Energija, Lietuvos Dujos).

What have we already achieved:

October, 2022. First client - BNP Finance. We performed assessment of BNP Finance credits portfolio and provided recommendations for improving management of credit risk.

May, 2023. We were selected by fintech payment institution Alphapay, to provide internal audit services for 2023. After successful cooperation, agreement was extended for 2024.

June, 2023. We updated Enterprise Wide-Risk Assessment (EWRA) of BNP Finance portfolio.

July, 2023. Crowdfunding company Finomark approached us for regular assessment of creditworthiness of legal entities. We have been providing the services so far and with our support Company is able to maintain KPIS related to quality of portfolio.

February, 2024. Firs public tender. Audit of activities in Elektrenai hospital.

May, 2024. We started providing internal audit services for E-money institution - TT Express.

September, 2024 - Deal with mobile banking fintech myTU on audit of AML with option for full outsource of internal audit services.

October, 2024 - In Nasdaq listed Neo Finance has become our client. We will update EWRA of the Company.

May,2025 - E - money institution SONECT Europe became our customer. We will perform EWRA of the company

March, 2025 - We were included into the list of auditors who has knowledge and experience to review whether EMIs/PIs meets new FSA legal requirements to connect directly to payment systems
